Congressional Tech is a volunteer effort, in partnership with the American Governance Institute, to make legislative information easier to find, track, and understand. Every proposal here answers a real-world request from people working in and around Congress — nineteen of them across five themes, with working tools already shipping.

DeltaTrack
DeltaTrack structurally diffs two versions of a U.S. bill and shows what actually changed — added, removed, modified, and moved sections — instead of the formatting noise a plain text diff produces.

BillTrax
BillTrax is a public-facing legislative-intelligence platform that turns raw congressional data into structured, searchable, and summarized bill information for researchers, advocates, and planning teams.
